A company is looking for a DLS Sr Work Wellness Coach, Specialty Accommodation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide disability coaching and support to employees with qualifying conditions
• Create individualized coaching plans to address barriers related to disabilities
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and conduct training as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• 5+ years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience preferred
• Experience with case management systems and processes
