Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist responsible for ensuring adherence to employment laws and managing HR compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and update internal policies and procedures accordingly
  • Manage HR-related agreements and ensure accurate personnel records are maintained
  • Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with HR processes and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR compliance-related experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws
  • Experience conducting audits and risk assessments
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
