Key Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in employment laws and update internal policies and procedures accordingly
- Manage HR-related agreements and ensure accurate personnel records are maintained
- Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with HR processes and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR compliance-related experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws
- Experience conducting audits and risk assessments
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
