Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding processes for associate and counsel level hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for lateral positions
  • Coordinate all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Engage with regional managing partners to fulfill staffing requirements and provide updates on the recruitment pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required; three or more years of law firm recruiting or attorney search firm experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines effectively
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service and professional development
