Job Summary
A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding processes for associate and counsel level hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for lateral positions
- Coordinate all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
- Engage with regional managing partners to fulfill staffing requirements and provide updates on the recruitment pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; three or more years of law firm recruiting or attorney search firm experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines effectively
- Committed to providing exceptional client service and professional development
