Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through ECP implementation and support
- Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features for SuccessFactors modules
- Support ongoing operations and provide expertise in HR and payroll processes and data
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Proven experience in systems integration and business analysis
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
- Alignment to a major facility is preferred
