Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through ECP implementation and support
• Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features for SuccessFactors modules
• Support ongoing operations and provide expertise in HR and payroll processes and data

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
• Proven experience in systems integration and business analysis
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
• Alignment to a major facility is preferred
