Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SMB Sales Recruiting to lead hiring strategies for the SMB Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SMB Sales recruiting team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
- Develop and execute a scalable recruiting strategy to support hiring goals across the SMB Sales organization
- Monitor key hiring metrics and champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 4+ years leading high-volume sales recruiting teams
- Proven success in hiring inside sales, SDRs/BDRs, and/or SMB Account Executives at scale
- Strong partnership experience with Sales or Revenue leaders, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Experience in building and optimizing recruiting processes and ATS workflows
- Data-driven mindset with comfort managing to metrics and KPIs
