A company is looking for an Equity Administrator to manage and scale a global equity program.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of equity data in Shareworks, including equity plans and capitalization tables
- Process equity activities such as grants, share issuances, and stock purchase allocations while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create educational resources to enhance participant experiences
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- 3+ years of equity experience in a fast-growing company, ideally in both private and public sectors
- Advanced skills in Excel and G-suite
- Experience with Shareworks and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to function autonomously in a dynamic environment related to equity administration and compliance
