Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Administrator to manage and scale a global equity program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of equity data in Shareworks, including equity plans and capitalization tables
  • Process equity activities such as grants, share issuances, and stock purchase allocations while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create educational resources to enhance participant experiences
Required Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 3+ years of equity experience in a fast-growing company, ideally in both private and public sectors
  • Advanced skills in Excel and G-suite
  • Experience with Shareworks and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to function autonomously in a dynamic environment related to equity administration and compliance
