Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least two years in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development
- Experience presenting to senior executives and managing the sales process
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of the IT industry's talent needs and connections within the employer landscape
- Proven track record of developing creative solutions for diverse customer needs
