- Manage I-9 related inquiries within the ServiceNow case management system
- Ensure completion of new hire forms and conduct audit checks for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of operations experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and database software
- Service and operations delivery experience
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and administration
