  • Manage I-9 related inquiries within the ServiceNow case management system
  • Ensure completion of new hire forms and conduct audit checks for accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of operations experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and database software
  • Service and operations delivery experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and administration
