Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a leadership position
- Minimum of ten years of experience in compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High degree of business maturity and ability to communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
