A company is looking for a Workday Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timeline management, and risk mitigation
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor project progress, resolve conflicts, and provide actionable updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years leading medium-to-large HCM implementations, preferably with Workday
- Experience with global HR systems, including talent acquisition, compensation, and payroll
- Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and process improvement
- Preferred certifications include PMP, Prosci (Change Management), or Workday HCM Certification
