Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Proven ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving business needs
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- HR certifications (CIR/ACIR, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus
