A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment and build relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from opening searches to extending offers and onboarding
- Source and screen candidates using various tools and methods
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and foster relationships with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
- Must reside in the State of Washington
