Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner for leadership in shaping and executing people strategies
- Provide operational HR support on employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
- Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making and monitor trends related to employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting corporate and technical teams
- Solid understanding of HR operations in tech-forward organizations
- Experience in supporting leaders in highly matrixed corporate functions
- Familiarity with technical organizations and their unique challenges
- Experience with HR technology systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
