A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
- Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
- Must reside within the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
