A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Director for North America & LATAM with Spanish/English fluency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional compensation and benefits team, overseeing deliverables and performance management
- Design and implement regional compensation and benefits plans tailored to the Latin American market
- Manage corporate compensation programs, including job leveling and annual salary review processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits program management in an international context
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team and operational budget
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations specific to Latin America
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems, preferably Workday
