Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, and maintain non-executive Total Rewards programs
- Project manage market studies and Total Rewards programs, ensuring execution excellence and consistency
- Analyze data to define problems and provide consultation on Total Rewards matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of compensation/HR related experience required
- CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
