A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide essential support for leave and accommodation administration and general benefits processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for leave and accommodation inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up
- Manage leave cases and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
- Assist the Benefits Manager with day-to-day benefits administration and employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Benefits, Leave, and Accommodation administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification(s) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and accommodation laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred
