Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative expertise to align compensation efforts with business strategy and objectives
- Design compensation structures in collaboration with senior leaders and analyze data to create appropriate plans
- Evaluate, implement, and monitor compensation programs while leading projects related to market expansion and organizational changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in the same fields
- Preferred experience in Compensation Program Design and Governance
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is required
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Advanced MS Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Experience with Workday, Pay factors, and UKG
