A company is looking for an HR Advisor with a focus on HR Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigates associate complaints and maintains records of investigations
- Provides advice and counsel to associates and managers on associate relations issues
- Coordinates and participates in the exit interview process and identifies areas for follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Associate Relations or HR Generalist role
- 5+ years of HR investigations experience
- Broad training in relevant fields such as business, accountancy, or computer sciences
