Key Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, maintain, and test the Workday platform
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Support ongoing process improvements and provide user support and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of related experience with Workday, particularly in payroll and benefits
- Functional understanding of core HR business terminology and processes
- Knowledge of Workday integration, data flow best practices, and security configuration
- Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards is a plus
