Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees on various HR matters, including benefits and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage recruitment and employee leave coordination
- Provide high-level customer service and assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
- Experience using HRIS systems and ATS, with Workday preferred
