A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract quality talent through various recruitment techniques
- Consult with hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compensation offers and recruitment solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Preferred experience recruiting within the General Bank Community/Metro Markets
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting in branch operations, sales, and service
- Ability to influence and lead within assigned client groups
- Experience with high volume branch recruiting
