Key Responsibilities
- Executes talent acquisition strategies and participates in marketing and outreach activities
- Offers expert guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and evaluates candidate placement
- Reviews and enhances talent acquisition processes to ensure optimal candidate experience and quality hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Experience recruiting for Internal Audit and corporate functions within a large financial institution
- 10+ years of experience recruiting at a senior level within a large financial institution
- Experience crafting and negotiating complex employment offers
- Familiarity with current talent acquisition tools and technologies, including CRM and applicant tracking systems
