Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed
- Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
