Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee support
- Own full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Continuously improve workflows and collaborate with external consultants to enhance team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or Recruiting roles, preferably in a startup environment
- Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in Canada and India
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
