A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for HRIS across various areas including HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Manage system updates, including upgrades, modifications, and implementation
- Interpret data and analyze results while providing ongoing reports and customized data extracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
- 5+ years' experience in systems/data analysis, with Workday experience required
- Experience with data file transfers and imports required
- Project management experience preferred
