A company is looking for a Principal People Technology Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct design workshops and feature demonstrations with business stakeholders
- Ensure the design and delivery of high-quality solutions through system configuration
- Document system configuration and business processes while facilitating successful module integrations
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in HRIS Technology, with at least 2 years in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with Employee Central and Time Off; knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Intelligence Hub, Benefits, and Learning Management is a plus
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party applications using Integration Center and APIs
- At least 3 years as a lead consultant or developer in SuccessFactors implementations
- Relevant SAP Certifications are a plus
