A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist, Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support, including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee performance reviews
- Develop HR programs, manage HR portal data, and lead HR meetings to align HR priorities with business strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance and addressing organizational issues to improve overall effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with 5 to 7 years in the Federal market
- Experience with Bamboo HR software is highly desired
- Strong technical skills in MS Office and Adobe DC Acrobat
- A master's degree or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management or related fields is required
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
