Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of physician candidates through various sourcing methods
• Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to inform and improve recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in physician full-cycle recruitment with knowledge of best practices
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset to leverage data and metrics for recruitment strategies
• Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition are preferred
