A company is looking for an HR Generalist - US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and documentation are complete
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and support payroll processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or People Operations role
- Proven ability to manage detailed administrative work, particularly in HRIS
- Strong understanding of US employment compliance
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward a professional certification is a strong plus
