Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of recruiting in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
• Deep understanding of U.S. and Indian labor markets and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus
• Experience managing ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
