A company is looking for a Consultant - Technical Recruiter (Contractual Role - 1 Year, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end hiring for various tech roles including SDEs, QA, and DevOps
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions
• Source engineering talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a recruiting agency or high-growth setup
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms
• Solid understanding of tech stacks and engineering functions
• Curiosity and comfort in exploring AI-powered recruiting tools
• Experience in managing candidate communication and interview scheduling
