Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Citizenship REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Collaborate with sourcing team to develop strategies for attracting candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Prepare candidates for interviews and extend offers of employment under the direction of hiring managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing candidates, and relationship management
• Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level
• Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
