A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Citizenship REQUIRED).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Collaborate with sourcing team to develop strategies for attracting candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Prepare candidates for interviews and extend offers of employment under the direction of hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing candidates, and relationship management
- Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level
- Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
