A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to assist in the design, development, and implementation of global compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on compensation-related matters
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive rewards and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent required
- At least 7 years of compensation experience, with global compensation experience preferred
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting
