A company is looking for a Talent Operations Enablement Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult and analyze complex assignments/projects for Talent Operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee and candidate experience
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and optimize Talent Acquisition systems
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management
- Knowledge and experience with HR Systems
