Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR generalist or HR specialist
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages and working conditions
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
