Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director position
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience in SaaS preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
