Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain internal databases with employee records
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and facilitate orientation sessions

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in HR software, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of labor relations and laws
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or other HR certifications preferred
