A company is looking for a People Generalist (West).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key partners across the Retail organization
- Convert insights into tactical initiatives to enhance organizational structure and talent strategy
- Provide support to Store Managers and District Leaders, conduct interviews, and analyze trends for actionable solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
- Must be available to work standard west coast business hours
- Strong passion for supporting people and leading with a people-first mindset
- Experience in managing employee relations and compliance risks
