Key Responsibilities
- Guide hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and source qualified candidates
- Evaluate and present candidates to hiring managers while refining recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with management to anticipate hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global manufacturing environment
