A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees
- Manage administration for tracking FMLA and STD leaves
- Host bi-weekly sessions welcoming new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, psychology, sociology, organizational development, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred)
- Experience in people operations or client onboarding (preferred)
- Experience working with ADP (nice to have)
- Demonstrated strong track record of success
