A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees
  • Manage administration for tracking FMLA and STD leaves
  • Host bi-weekly sessions welcoming new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, psychology, sociology, organizational development, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred)
  • Experience in people operations or client onboarding (preferred)
  • Experience working with ADP (nice to have)
  • Demonstrated strong track record of success
