Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR services and employee relations in their assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement People & Culture strategies in collaboration with the Regional Talent Management team
- Oversee employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and provide guidance on HR best practices
- Consult with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance performance management processes
Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or related field is required
- 7-10 years of HR experience is required
- Experience with team integration via Mergers & Acquisitions is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required
- Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred
