Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership and transformation team with process optimization and special projects
- Manage ticketing/backlog queue and payroll compliance reporting
- Drive improvements in payroll compliance, processing, and reporting during a system implementation
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience is required
- Proven experience leading the payroll function in an enterprise organization
- Experience supporting transformations and special projects
- Willingness to be hands-on in day-to-day operations as needed
- Availability to commit to a 6-month contract
