Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Serve as the primary contact for plan vendors and coordinate data transfers for services
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage daily benefits processing and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a related benefits position
- Working knowledge of Human Resources concepts and benefits regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and benefits databases
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of benefits plan designs
- Project and team management experience
