Key Responsibilities
- Complete and track HR transactions in HR systems
- Oversee the pre-employment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Administer and track the leave of absence process for assigned employee groups
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in an HR administrative capacity
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Workday and Kronos experience preferred
