Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Advisor (FTC).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions
- Work closely with the recruitment team in talent attraction, screening, and onboarding new hires
- Advise management on performance management processes and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification CIPD preferred
- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR, focusing on advisory roles and employee relations
- Good understanding of employment legislation and best practices
- Experience working with HRIS, performance management tools, ATS, and Microsoft 365
- Confident in navigating HR issues across EMEA
