Job Summary

A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 9-P11, 12 Talent Development Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for employment solutions and support employers in high-demand industries
  • Establish partnerships and collaborate with Michigan Works! Agencies, economic development organizations, and educational institutions
  • Identify, research, and develop strategies to meet the talent needs of employers within industry sectors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
  • Departmental Analyst 9: No specific experience required
  • Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
  • Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
  • Departmental Analyst 12: Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced level in state service
