Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employment, education, and reference verifications using various communication methods
- Review and validate documentation submitted by applicants or third parties
- Accurately enter and update information in the database and verification systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative work, or background screening is a plus
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must show initiative and be reliable to work independently once trained
- Detail-oriented and organized
