Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate benefits programs
- Drive implementation of global benefits programs and coach on legal and regulatory implications
- Design and manage complex benefits programs, ensuring compliance and supplier management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in HR or benefits
- OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in HR or benefits
- 3+ years of experience managing corporate wellness benefits and suppliers
- 10+ years of work experience in HR, Benefits, or related roles preferred
- Experience or education in wellness, counseling, or behavior change theory is preferred
