A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition loads and build relationships with hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools, maintaining a viable candidate pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company brand at events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Experience with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn preferred
- Must reside within the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
